A guide to heart centered meditation practices.

6-7pm ET on Zoom

In this 6 session course we will explore the time-honored techniques of Mindfulness Meditation. You will be offered ways to utilize these grounding, calming and heart-centered methods for use in your daily life. 

All are welcome. No previous meditation experience required. Mindfulness Meditation provides a method for us to step away from our swirling thoughts and reside in our natural presence.

4 payment levels:
Parsley.         $140     For those who can pay full price
Sage.             $100     The suggested amount
Rosemary.     $60       Student/Senior
Thyme.           $0        No charge if time is all you can offer.
