In my experience, there has never been a more important time than now to find a sense of community amid today’s harsh divisions.

A New York Times article, drawing on nearly a century of research across multiple studies on happiness, found that a sense of belonging to a community is the most significant contributor.

Other research has demonstrated numerous benefits of participating in a weekly online group composed of like-minded individuals with shared interests.

We’ll come together to cultivate a sense of stillness that isn’t dependent on external circumstances—strengthening you from within so you can stay the course

In this 6-session course, we will dive into the time-honored techniques of Mindfulness Meditation-a practice as old as breath, as quiet as dawn.  

Everyone is welcome—no prior meditation experience necessary.

 

A timely practice for these uncertain times.
